I had the great honour to do my first family portraits with friends back at the tail end of August. I just dropped the disks with the best of the best to them this morning and I thought today would be a good day to post those pics. They're ready and they show the last glimpses of summer. It may brighten the rainy day that we have in these parts.
We met in Queen Elizabeth park and did a tour around and I did my best to capture them. I realized after how important my UV Filter had been to me before it broke a few months ago. After these pics were done I immediately added a filter to my wish list for Xmas. I'm still quite happy with them. Especially Leanne's vivid hair, eyes and shirt colours! She and little L made exceptional subjects. Of course so did Jeff who was also completely game. I have to thank them not only for letting me take a shot, literally, but also for saving me from a crappy situation that day. Who knew that the first time after I finished a market and didn't go back to the restaurant where we park I would be missing a robbery. Ya! Sheesh. So thank you Jeff, Leanne and family. Serendipity amazes me and so do amazing people like you. Good luck on your upcoming adventure to Asia. I hope you enjoy the pics!
